Arts Ed Toolkit

Ovation’s Arts Ed Toolkit is an award-winning national education initiative, designed in collaboration with the former NCTA Foundation and the New York City Department of Education, Office of Arts and Special Projects.

The Arts Ed Toolkit offers free online education resources to teachers, covering a wide range of arts including visual arts, music and more. The toolkit is updated on a quarterly basis and supports the National Core Arts Standards, generally suited for grades 9-12.

Each clickable thumbnail below will open a unique Arts Ed Toolkit Resource. Some of the resources are from our archives and may not reflect the current National Core Arts Standards.

It is recommended that teachers preview program clips and discussion points prior to using the resources in class. While the resources are developed for grades 9-12, teachers can adapt the discussion points for use in Elementary and Middle School.
